We ship across Canada and the United States. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday to Friday & fulfill weekend orders to be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.
Preorder "Release Dates" are the official release dates in Japan, we receive inventory roughly 1 week from then. Hasbro products are done through official North American Distribution, which can have its own timeline.
Returns
All in-stock sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Cancelled Pre-Orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee of the item subtotal (does not include taxes, shipping, etc)
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, return, or refund where appropriate.
